* When renting an apartment for 1 or 2 nights, the price increases by 20%.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, the advance payment is transferred to another date. In case of later cancellation, the advance payment is not considered/non-refundable. You can transfer the advance payment only once and it must be redeemed within 1 year of the transfer.
If you leave the apartment, at your own request, before the date until which you have reserved, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of untimely cancellation or no-show, you will be charged the full amount.
